Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) Starting Salary: $140,000 -
$180,000 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Litigation
Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in trial preparation and litigation
strategy, with the ability to manage cases effectively from
inception through resolution. This position offers an excellent

diverse range of clients in various legal matters. Key
Responsibilities Assist in trial preparation and strategy
development for cases Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal
documents Represent clients in court and during mediation or
arbitration proceedings Manage case files and maintain effective
communication with clients Conduct legal research and prepare legal
memoranda Oversee discovery processes, including document review
and depositions Negotiate settlements and represent clients in
discussions with opposing parties Ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and adherence to civil procedure rules Collaborate
with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters Stay updated on
relevant case law and changes in legislation Qualifications Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership
in WSBA Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Strong
knowledge of contract law, evidence, and court procedures Proven
experience in case management and client representation Excellent
legal writing and research skills Demonstrated ability to negotiate
effectively Experience with mediation and arbitration processes
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work
