responsible for ensuring accurate processing of invoices, managing
accounts payable, and performing bank reconciliations. The
successful candidate will contribute to the overall financial
reporting process by preparing journal entries and assisting with
job costing. Additionally, the Accounting Clerk will collaborate
with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial
transactions. Ultimately, this role supports the financial health
of the company, enabling informed decision-making and strategic
planning. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or finance is
preferred. Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles,
preferably in the insurance industry. Strong understanding of basic
accounting principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software and financial management
systems. Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and
compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Process and manage
accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a
timely manner. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all
financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and post
journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate
with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial
processes. Skills: The required skills such as bank reconciliation
and accounts payable are essential for maintaining accurate
financial records and ensuring timely payments. Proficiency in
processing invoices and managing accounts allows the Accounting
Clerk to streamline hotel operations and enhance efficiency. Skills
in job costing and accruals enable the candidate to provide
valuable insights into project profitability and financial
forecasting. Working well in a team environment is crucial, as
collaboration with colleagues is necessary to resolve discrepancies
