A company is looking for a Lead in Marketing Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with marketing teams to refine operations and drive towards common goals
Lead strategic initiatives and communicate plans with leadership
Develop annual marketing strategy and align teams for strategy delivery

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on integrated campaigns
Proven track record of planning and process improvement
Strong analytical skills to inform marketing strategies
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and industry trends
