Proposal Writer or Capture Manager GovBusiness NW 2367 Tacoma Ave. So. Tacoma, WA. 98402 Start Date: 04/30/2021As a Proposal Specialist for GovBusiness NW, you will be responsible for the proposal and interview preparation process from start to finish, including but not limited to:

Analyze RFP/RFQ and interview requirements.
Establish proposal and interview development and delivery schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other marketing team members, business development staff, technical staff, and consultants to plan, prepare, write, produce, and submit all proposals and interview materials.
Set-up team planning and review meetings.
Use a designated InDesign or PPT template.
Arrange proofing and editing.
Arrange production and delivery.
Maintain assets, including narrative content, project data, graphics, video, and photographs in Deltek Vision/CRM database and content management systems.
