Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sealcoat Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sealcoating operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results. As a Sealcoat Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating sealcoating projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute sealcoating projects according to established timelines and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless project workflow. Monitor and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of workmanship. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from project requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sealcoating crew members. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to ensure the development of team members. Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of sealcoating equipment. Report any equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs. Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sealcoating operations. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the asphalt maintenance industry. Strong knowledge of sealcoating techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
