Maintenance is looking for a Full-Time Landscaper! What you'll be
doing Join our landscaping crew and help maintain the exteriors of
our various Seattle properties. An eye for detail, a willingness to
learn, and the drive to improve are some qualities we look for in
the right candidate. Some of the duties include: Maintain apartment
building lawns, garden beds, roofs and gutters Irrigation systems
Container pots and hanging baskets Pressure washing and graffiti
removal What we need from you Reliable transportation and valid
driver's license Able to lift 50 pounds Be comfortable working with
