Requirement: Minimal travel for training and lead generation Key
Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome Members: Warmly greet members,
create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships.
Verify check-ins and resolve issues. New Membership Tours and
Sign-ups: Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain
membership options. Lead Generation/Sales: Understand the services
and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when
members need our help in transforming their health and wellness
journey. Equipment Cleaning: Regularly sanitize and organize
equipment. Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe environment;
put away weights and monitor/report maintenance issues. Customer
Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member
expectations. Answering Calls and Message Handling: Handle calls
professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication
with management and staff. Mail and Package Handling: Receive and
distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking. Other
Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Excellent
customer service and communication skills Basic retail sales
knowledge Functional computer skills Ability to multi-task
efficiently Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
Ability to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods Team player
who upholds KlickWay Athletics' values and policies Customer
service: 2 years (Preferred) Expected hours: 20 40 per week Shift:
8-hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift
