Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-semester contract opportunity is available for a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services at a
middle school in Issaquah, WA. This role involves working closely
with middle school students as well as supporting homebound
students using augmentative communication devices. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to middle school
students, approximately 725 minutes per month, Tuesday through
Friday Support four homebound students (two elementary, two
secondary) every Monday, utilizing AAC devices, eye gaze
technology, and other tools Collaborate with the current SLP for a
smooth transition, with an expected start date in mid to late
February Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in
compliance with school policies Qualifications: Valid SLP license
and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification through the
states professional standards office Experience working in an
educational setting, preferably with middle school-aged students
Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies for homebound student
support Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30
p.m. (Monday start time 8:30 a.m.) Strong communication and
collaborative skills for working within a school team environment
Location: On-site position located in Issaquah, Washington This
