Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

the Seattle, WA area, supporting a dynamic school environment. The
position focuses on delivering tailored educational programs to
students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and
supportive classroom. Candidates should be passionate about special
education and possess the skills to adapt instruction to meet
individual student goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with
state guidelines. Collaborate with general education teachers,
therapists, and families to support student progress. Monitor and
document student performance, adjusting instructional strategies as
needed. Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
that promotes social and academic growth. Participate in school
meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as
required. Prepare students for transition opportunities and help
build life skills. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in
special education. Experience working with students with varied
disabilities and learning challenges. Strong knowledge of state
special education laws and best practices. Excellent communication,
organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability and
willingness to travel between school sites within the Seattle area.
Location: Seattle, Washington, with some travel to nearby schools
