Our client is looking for a Multifamily Construction Project Engineer with experience leading large-scale ground up commercial construction projects. This person will hit the ground running with a well-known general contractor in the Pacific Northwest. • Actively participates in the sales process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
• Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, scheduling software, etc.)
• Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
• Maintain and distribute project documentation. procurement, RFI's, and field operations.
• Understands how to help aide in the building of large $30M+ multifamily projects.
• Can cohesively work in a team environment with other project engineers, project managers, and superintendents. Profile
  • Has bachelor's degree from an accredited university in construction management or related filed
  • Has 2+ years of being a Project Engineer for General Contractor in Washington
  • Has a project list of multifamily builds, affordable housing, senior living, or mixed use builds.
  • Has experience working on projects that have been $30M or more.
  • Has up to date software skills in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, P6, and scheduling Job Offer Competitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience - salary typically between $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
