your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking
for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 777
and 777X Final Assembly team in Everett, Washington on 1st, 2nd,
3rd shift. Position Responsibilities: - Manages employees
performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines -
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and
develops organizational and technical strategies - Acquires
resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads
process improvements - Develops and maintains relationships and
partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and
direct reports - Provides oversight and approval of technical
approaches, products and processes - Manages, develops and
motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - 1 years of experience in Aerospace,
Fabrication, or manufacturing environment - 1 years of experience
leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role - 1
years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and
techniques - 1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools
(Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) - 1 year of experience
supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain
functions in a production environment - Willing to work any shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 3 years of
experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal
leadership role - 1 year of experience working in a
cross-functional environment and/or business unit team - 1 year of
experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing

Shift: Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift.

additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Pay &

Summary pay range: $112,900 - $137,500 Applications for this
