This is a direct path to the Operations Manager role as we grow. Required Qualifications: * Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience * Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred), WA Electrical License 06A (required), and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred) * Driving: Valid WA State Drivers License with a clean record Key Benefits: * Retirement: 401(k) with a strong 3.5% company match * Full Coverage: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision plans * Free uniforms * Opportunity for advancement * Paid Holidays, Sick Days, and Paid Time Off * Training & development * Tool and boot allowance Company truck Phone Uniform Job Responsibilities: * We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Lead Technician/Operations Managersomeone who can lead from the field and oversee backend operations * This is a hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success) * Youll report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up * Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching * Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service and installations * Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing * Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training * Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar) * Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions Job Type: Full-time, Commission Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year If interested, please send your resume to alex.yi@onehourair.com
