your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fuselage
Assembly Center team in Everett, Washington. Position
Responsibilities: - Conducts assessments of processes and practices
for comparison to applicable standards and criteria - Analyzes and
interprets data - Provides feedback on assessment results - Works
with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to
accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other
applicable tools and processes - Works at the appropriate level in
the organization to implement strategies and plans - Works under
general direction Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - 1 years of experience partnering with
cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives - 1 years of
experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint) - 1 years of experience in Data Analysis - 1 years in a
role that requires effective communication with employees,
customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelor’s degree or
higher - Lean certification (Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Six
Sigma, 3P) - 1 years of experience with Project Management - 1
years of experience with Boeing Production Systems/Lean - 1 years
of experience working in a production environment Drug Free

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range $102,600 -
