We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This high-impact role will oversee clinic operations, elevate patient care, manage staff and resources, and drive innovation and growth. The Executive Director will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across operations, clinical care, HR, marketing, and finance.
This is a full-time, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution in partnership with Pinnacle Fertility leadership.
  
• Ensure operational excellence and exceptional patient care delivery.
  
• Drive clinic growth, efficiency, and performance through data-informed decision-making.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate advancements into clinical and operational strategies.
  
• Establish and oversee policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and quality standards.
  
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse team.
  
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven workplace culture.
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
  
• Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial stability and ethical revenue generation.
  
• Build strong relationships with patients, providers, and key stakeholders.
  
• Represent the clinic at events and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  
• Lead or contribute to additional initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  
  Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  
• Experience: 5+ years of senior healthcare experience preferred, but operational experience in a non-healthcare role will also be considered.
  
• Skills: Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and financial management; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities; deep understanding of healthcare compliance, quality, and patient safety standards.
  
• Salary Range: $175,000-$225,000 annually (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
