About the Role
The Sr Product Manager, T-Life, is a visionary leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of T-Mobile's internal and external products related to T-Life. This role involves identifying customer needs, assessing technical feasibility, aligning with business goals, securing funding, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex, cross-platform solutions.
  
• Conduct market research and generate product requirements.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to understand customer experiences and identify opportunities.
  
• Anticipate industry trends and incorporate them into the product strategy.
  
• Communicate and influence at all levels, including VP and above.
  
• Stay informed on technology trends and assess their impact on product innovation.
  
• Advocate for customer-centric design and create a customer-first culture.
  
• Collaborate with various teams and external partners to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  
• Manage other duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• 7+ years of product management experience in an agile environment.
  
• Proven success in delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical and requirements elicitation skills.
  
• Bachelor's Degree required.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  Additional Details
  Travel may be required. The base pay range is $121,600 - $219,400, with a 20% bonus target. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, parental leave, and various discounts and support programs.
