world.Senior Strategic Initiatives ManagerWe are seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join the Office of the
CEO at Expedia Group. This strategic role reports directly to the
Chief of Staff to the CEO and involves supporting CEO-level
priorities and strategic initiatives. You will manage key projects,
facilitate agendas for important meetings, and support the Chief of
Staff, CEO, and Leadership Team. The role requires thriving in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment with high professionalism and
discretion.What you'll do:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the development of the
company's long-term strategic objectives and ensure alignment
across divisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive
leadership and key stakeholders to prepare agendas, facilitate
communication, and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects supporting
the Chief of Staff, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing and reviewing
communications, including board materials, executive briefings, and
strategic presentations.
- Ad hoc Support: Provide executive support, facilitate
decision-making, and support the CEO in driving her strategic
agenda.Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years in management consulting, project
management, or strategic planning, preferably in a top-tier firm or
fast-paced tech organization. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience working with senior organizational leaders
and teams.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, business
operations, and leadership support.
- Experience in a tech or innovation-driven industry is
preferred, with understanding of industry trends.
- Experience supporting execution of strategic initiatives
critical to the business.
- Leadership and influence skills to engage and align colleagues
across all levels.
- Deep strategic thinking, data-driven problem solving, and
analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with
the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple priorities positively.The total cash range for this
position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000, with potential to
increase up to $248,000 based on performance. Starting pay varies
based on location, skills, and experience, and may be adjusted in
