our US operations.Job DescriptionAbout the teamAt Canva, we're
empowering the world to design, and as we scale our Enterprise and
B2B offerings, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in
ensuring that every dollar flows smoothly.We're building a
world-class quote-to-cash (QTC) experience-one that's frictionless,
scalable, and customer-focused. As the Revenue Operations Senior
Manager, you'll be at the heart of this mission, owning key AR
processes, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and
collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and automation. You
won't just be processing transactions-you'll be shaping how Canva
grows its revenue operations to support millions of users
worldwide.What you'll do
- You will lead and mentor a global team of revenue operations
specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
while championing a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support the sales team, shared services group, and customers
for Offline Revenue, ensuring a best-in-class quote-to-cash
process, all while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the
quote to cash process, implementing best practices to enhance
efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess existing systems to determine if current and future
needs are met. Implement new features/enhancements to existing
systems, or implement new automation as necessary to scale with the
business.
- Manage the evaluation, development, and documentation of QTC
policies and procedures.
- Manage Accounts Receivable balances ensuring accounting is in
line with public company standards and ensure policies and
procedures are in place to maintain healthy balances.
- Work closely with the SOX lead and Accounting team to identify
risks and establish key controls within the quote-to-cash cycle to
ensure compliance and risk management.QualificationsWhat we're
looking for
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a
similar finance role with a passion for delivering exceptional
customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven
track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Public company experience with focus on internal controls
(design, implementation and execution).
- You have expertise in subscription billing processes,
invoicing, and collections strategies.
- You have experience in project management, system design and
implementation.
- You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management
skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross
functional teams to drive business process transformation and
change management.
- You are highly organized, and attention to detail, with a
willingness to roll up your sleeves and delve deep into processes
and systems.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Additional

The target salary range for this position is $169,000 - $221,000.
