Job Description:
Our client, a leader in data center construction , is seeking a
Construction Site Manager to join their team. As a Construction
Site Manager , you will be part of the Project Management Office ,
supporting the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams .
The ideal candidate will have strong communication , exceptional
organizational skills , and proven negotiation and
relationship?building abilities that align successfully with the
organization. Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager
Location: Remote Pay Range: $71.93 - $79.12 What’s the Job? Prepare
contract strategy documents and support development of scopes of
work Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and
pre?bid meetings Establish negotiation plans and lead or
participate in supplier negotiations Process change orders, RFIs,
and submittals, and coordinate project?specific insurance needs
Communicate with the home office and provide accurate reporting to
stakeholders and clients What’s Needed? 5–10 years of procurement
and contract administration experience, ideally in construction or
data center environments Strong understanding of RFP/RFI
development, contract requirements, and sourcing methodologies
Ability to build solid supplier relationships and collaborate
effectively across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Experience structuring and leading negotiations to optimize project
value Excellent communication, time?management, and ability to
perform in a fast?paced, high?priority construction environment
