Job Description:
The Clinical RN Manager position in Mars, PA offers a $6,000
sign-on bonus paid over the first year. Provides comprehensive
community-based health and social services including skilled
nursing, home health, assisted living, memory care, hospice, and
more. Oversees a designated nursing neighborhood, ensuring quality
care, regulatory compliance, financial security, and a home-like
environment. Requires RN licensure in Pennsylvania, a
Bachelor--------s degree (preferred), and at least three years of
clinical experience with two years in long-term care, plus two
years of supervisory experience. Offers competitive wages, generous
