Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide
compassionate care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
--- Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.
--- Conduct assessments and create care plans.
--- Use Oasis and HCHB for records.
--- Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and
recertifications.
--- Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily. Schedule:
--- 13 - week contract, 40 hours/week
--- Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
--- Day shifts, no on - call
--- Potential for contract extension Qualifications:
--- Valid Compact or WA RN License
--- BLS certification
--- 2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise
--- Proficient in Oasis and HCHB Additional Information:
