Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Olympia, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline: RN - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Manager Location: Olympia, WA 98506 Shift: - 5x8-Hour Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) - Option for 4x10-Hour Days may be available upon request - Expected weekend rotation: Every other weekend (EOW) Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 07/29/2025 Job Overview: - Acute hospital care management role - Average daily case load ~30 patients - Required to float within scope between units as needed (ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, Adult Medical) - Patient age groups: Neonates, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics Required Qualifications: - Active WA RN License or Compact RN License - Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience (hard stop requirement) - BLS (AHA) Preferred Qualifications: - 3 years of case management experience - CCM or ACM Certification - Familiarity with Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria Case Management Skills Needed: - Care Coordination - Discharge Planning - Admission Criteria - Needs Assessment / Ordering DME - Plan of Care - Regulatory Knowledge (CMS, HIPAA, DRG, Joint Commission standards) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
