Hospital Medicine Physician – A Role Designed for You We believe in

hiring for a Swing position. A Swing role requires working
exclusively on swing shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with an
irregular schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional
patient care during nighttime hours. People First in Puyallup Local
Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 50 physicians and
ten advanced practice providers, supported by a clinical
performance nurse at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital. We are a
very diverse group with a wide breadth of individuals.
Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in internal or family
medicine. We proudly sponsor H1b visa candidates, and Sound has
excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and
credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are
paid, and services are covered by Sound. Practice in the Heart of
the Community Flexible Scheduling: This is a swing position with
various flexible scheduling options 7 on/7 off, 10-hour shifts – 4
pm -2 am Key Responsibilities: We welcome the challenge of complex
cases. We work in a hybrid ICU with intensivist coverage 24 hours a
day (our team is not expected to perform procedures but does see
the occasional DKA patient). For those who like to teach, we work
with medical students from Pacific Northwest University, residents
from East Pierce Family Medicine Residency, and APPs from all over
the country. Committees are rotated every six months or at one’s
