Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Puyallup, WA Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $1,983 to $2,106 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Emergency Room - Travel - (ER RN) StartDate: 2/9/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1983.00 - $2106.00 Level III Trauma Center Beds: 375 Licensed Beds Beds: 46 (5 Safe Psych rooms; Fast Track is 4 hallway and 1 room) Avg 200 patients per day. Experience: 2 years of ED experience First-time traveler: Yes Patient Types: Patient types from peds to geriatrics: Trauma, GSW, sepsis, COVID, STEMI (large amount), Stroke, DKA, mental health, respiratory issues, geriatric, Adult Psych, Stroke (TNK), high acuity medical High geriatric population (falls, STEMI) Does not do any invasive neuro - no craniotomies Small amount of pediatrics. Generally transfer to Mary Bridge Patient Ratios: Day - 1:4-5 (ability to flex to 5 based on acuity and staffing) Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI/MOAB Skills Required: General ED experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and basic ED knowledge of drips and med administration Procedural sedation, blood administration, TNK administration (preferred), cardiac medications Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ER SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months skills checklist within 12 mos Ref within 12 mos RTO upfront available to work dates posted copies of certs or proof of class registration Preferred Qualifications previous travel Facility Location Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
