Join Our Team as a Hospitalist - Pediatrics Are you a dedicated pediatric hospitalist passionate about delivering exceptional care to children and young adults? We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist - Pediatrics to join our esteemed medical team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive inpatient care to patients aged 0-21, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized in a supportive and collaborative environment. Required Skills: Board Certification in Pediatrics (Peds) required; Peds Hospital Medicine preferred Valid and active Washington State medical license Proven experience with pediatric inpatient care Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle diverse pediatric cases across multiple subspecialties (over 30 available for consults) Comfortable working with patients aged 0-21 Nice to Have Skills: Experience with pediatric hospital medicine beyond general pediatrics Familiarity with electronic medical records and hospital systems Previous experience working in a multi-disciplinary team Additional certifications in pediatric emergency or critical care Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatric hospital medicine or related field Active Washington license with a clean professional record Other Requirements: Availability to commit to a minimum of 7 shifts per month, including at least two night shifts Flexibility to work various shifts, including AM shifts (8a-7p or 10a-8p) and PM shifts (5p-10a or 9p-10a) Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Ability to start as early as December 20, 2025, with an ideal start date in Feb/March 2026 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable institution with a diverse pediatric patient population and extensive subspecialty support.
