(CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and
surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide
our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading
to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes
and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment
locations in Lewis County. We are looking for a Behavior Support
Specialist to join our Expanded Community Services (ECS) team. You
will provide support and crisis Interventions for clients in Home
and Community Services supported living environments who have been
identified as in need of Expanded community Services. SHIFTS
AVAILABLE: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm PAY SCALE:
Clinician I, Bachelor's Degree: $22.04 - $26.87 Clinician I,
Certified, Bachelor's Degree: $26.14 - $31.86 Clinician II,
Master's Degree: $30.24 - $36.86 Clinician III, Master's Degree:
$32.29 - $39.36 EDUCATION AND CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors
degree in counseling or the social sciences and a minimum of three
years of supervised experience in mental health. Must be working
towards eligibility of Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor
Credential (CAAC) in order to be a Mental Health Professional. Must
be able to obtain Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (RAAC)
Credential until CAAC is obtained), or; Bachelors degree in
counseling or the social sciences and have an active Certified
Agency Affiliated Counselor (CAAC), credential, or; Bachelors
degree in counseling or the social sciences and is enrolled in
Masters degree program in counseling or the social sciences and is
eligible to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (RAAC)
Credential while working towards eligibility for License Agency
Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) or Associate License upon completion of
Masters degree, or; Masters degree in counseling or the social
sciences and has one of the following credentials: Licensed Agency
Affiliated Counselor (LAAC), associate licensure, or is licensed.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Must pass WA State Patrol
background check, national background check may be required if have
not lived in WA State consecutively the last three years. Must
demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. Must demonstrate
good time management and organizational skills. Must be able to
represent the agency in a positive and professional manner. Must be
able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Must
comply with agency policies and procedures. Must have a valid
driver's license. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have
a satisfactory driving record. Must be able to gain access to all
types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures
handicapped accessibility or lack thereof. Must maintain current
phone number and mailing address with the human resources
department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide behavioral support to
clients and staff at adult family homes to assist in maintaining
community placement. These sessions will primarily be face to face.
Develop and maintain behavioral support and crisis plans for ECS
clients. Track psychiatric medications and provide documentation of
such to the identified prescriber. Collaborate and request
necessary records from clients primary behavioral health prescriber
so telepsychiatry has necessary information for medication reviews.
Facilitate appointments for ongoing medication review. Participate
in ongoing supervision. Maintain documentation in accordance with
agency and program policy. Meet service deliveries as described in
ECS contract and assigned by program supervisor. Must be legally
able to operate a motor vehicle and maintain satisfactory driving
record. Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and
residences regardless of the structures handicapped accessibility

Start off with 13 hours of paid time off (PTO) earned monthly, and
11 paid holidays plus 16 hours of personal holiday. Pro-rated based
on FTE. PTO and Personal Holiday are available after 90-days of
