Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in a Med/Surg
Telemetry unit, handling a diverse patient population including
post-surgical, stroke, oncology, and respiratory patients. The role
involves fulfilling duties related to patient assessment,
administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare
team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage
and care for adults and post-surgical patients, and occasionally
pediatric patients if experienced. Operate within various hospital
units, including Medical/Oncology/Stroke, Tele,
MedSurg/Surg/Urology, and Ortho/MedSurg. Perform tasks such as
dressing changes, wound vacs, managing chest tubes, and working
with central lines. Requirements: Minimum experience of 2 years.
BLS, ACLS certifications and must pass tele exam during compliance;
PALS is preferred. Experience with chest tubes, trachs, foleys, NG
