In this vital role, you will deliver expert diagnostic assessments, provide personalized hearing solutions, and ensure patients receive the highest level of care from initial testing to ongoing support. Required Skills: - Active Washington state audiology license - Completion of a master’s or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinic practicum experience - Ability to perform diagnostic hearing tests such as pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry - Strong interpretation skills for test results and clear communication with patients and physicians - Experience in fitting and troubleshooting hearing aids, with the ability to conduct evaluations and provide detailed instruction - BLS Certification (or higher) Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working with a diverse patient age range, from birth through seniors - Knowledge of advanced hearing aid technology and accessories - Previous experience in a clinic-based setting with interdisciplinary teams Preferred Education and Experience: - Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from an accredited institution with clinical practicum hours - Licensure with the Washington State Department of Health as an Audiologist - Prior experience in diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting, and patient counseling Other Requirements: - Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm - Ability to travel for certifications or patient needs if required - Possession of current BLS Certification - Willingness to start as soon as possible to meet clinic needs This role offers competitive hourly pay of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
