Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Rad Tech for
a pediatric imaging unit at a newly built Level II trauma facility
in Tacoma, WA, with first-time travelers welcome to apply. Details
- Work in the Imaging department of a 152-bed (including 70 NICU)
Level II pediatric trauma facility - Patient population consists of
pediatric patients ages 0–18 across all diagnoses - Equipment
includes Siemens YSIO Xpree and Agile Max - 8-hour day shifts from
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on a 6-on/8-off rotation - Weekend rotation
dependent upon shift taken - On-call may be required, limited to
off-hours and weekends, not to exceed 24 hours per month - No
floating required Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of Rad Tech
experience; pediatric experience preferred - ARRT (R) certification
required - Current BLS required - Washington State license required
if applicable - Strong communication skills, patience, and
compassion when working with children and their families - Ability
to produce high-quality diagnostic images - Self-starter with
strong multitasking abilities Additional Information - First-time

levels - Two professional references required prior to start
(supervisor level or above); one reference accepted at time of
