Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to lead a team of four providers at the expanding Providence Ensign Family Medicine clinic in Olympia, Washington. Enjoy a high quality of life in Washington’s capital city. - Experienced family medicine physician looking for a great entry leadership opportunity. - Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible - Outpatient care only - DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge - Option to due procedures such as, Nexplanon, IUDs, skin biopsies, joint injections, and prenatal care. - Centralized Triage and In-basket Support - Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD) - Patient-centered medical home - Residency precepting and teaching (optional) - Compensation is between $304,209 and $330,915 per year - The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
