Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management
Operations Leader to join our Amazon One Medical team. As the
Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind our
financial health and the guardian of our patient's peace of mind.

a seamless, transparent, and "best-in-class" financial journey. You
will lead a diverse team of managers to connect the dots between
clinical excellence and fiscal sustainability, ensuring that every
patient interaction—from registration to final payment—is as
world-class as the care they receive. You will partner with product
and technology leaders across the organization to evolve our
revenue cycle tooling to support a patient-centric experience,
seamless clinical and financial integration, and continued
invention on behalf of our patients. Key job responsibilities -
Lead the Leaders: Coach and inspire a powerhouse team of RCM
leaders, fostering a culture of high accountability, innovation,
and empathy - The Patient-First Experience: Redefine the patient
financial journey. You’ll implement strategies that eliminate
billing frustrations and replace them with clarity, digital ease,
and trust. - Operational Excellence: Own the full-cycle
performance—from Patient Experience to Coding to Billing and
Collections. You’ll hunt for friction points and use data-driven
insights to solve them. - Strategic Growth: Partner with leaders
across Amazon Health to scale operations, leveraging AI and
automation to drive efficiency while maintaining a human touch -
Yield Optimization: It’s not just about collecting; it’s about
capturing what we’ve earned. You will minimize denials, accelerate
cash flow, and ensure a healthy bottom line to reinvest in our

experience. Our Revenue Cycle team plays a critical role in
supporting our mission by ensuring financial sustainability and
operational excellence. - Experience working in a matrixed
environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working
across the organization - Knowledge of data visualization tools
such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages - 7
years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle
management (Coding, Billing, Collections) in a hospital system or
primary care setting - Proven track record of driving operational
improvements and achieving financial targets - Experience with
medical billing systems, practice management software, and revenue
cycle analytics tools - Proven ability to lead digital
transformations, such as AI-driven coding or automated prior

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
