Job Description:
Travel Logistics:
Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage
and lodging.
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE
License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider
non-licensed candidates
DEA: Active WA DEA required
Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of
credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be
responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No
malpractice will be considered. Must be experienced with EPIC.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Must be covid and flu vaccinated
