As a Guest Service Support Expert at Marriott International, you will be an integral part of our renowned hospitality team. Operating amidst over 8,000 properties globally, this position provides the chance to showcase your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, blending Marriott’s rich heritage with forward-thinking customer satisfaction initiatives. Provide consistent, high-quality service to every guest while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. Escort guests to their tables, answer questions about menu items, and manage seating arrangements to optimize dining experience. Support the Food & Beverage team by sorting, stocking, and preparing the dining area and materials. Ensure all guest needs are met promptly, collaborating with other team members and departments. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to uphold Marriott’s high standards. Handle guest payments and transactions smoothly and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to diverse cultural contexts Proficiency in point-of-sale systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Hospitality Management (preferred)
