Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Seattle, WA Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Role Highlights Provide comprehensive medical care to adult & geriatric patients Practice across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care & assisted living settings Conduct patient assessments and manage acute & chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation On-call coverage as required Requirements Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Montana license DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority (or eligibility) Board Certified or Board Eligible Eligible to participate in Medicare & Medicaid programs New graduates welcome to apply Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental & vision insurance Paid time off 8 paid vacation days (separate from PTO) Flexible schedule CME & licensure stipend Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
