Primary Responsibilities:
--- Oversee program/project portfolio for multiple business centers, working closely with the Program Manager and stakeholders to align business objectives, strategies, and delivery requirements.
--- Develop project plans, specifications, and other related project administration tasks.
--- Manage a backlog of work.
--- Gather and document technical, functional, and business requirements.
--- Track project status for all legacy application projects for Parametric, identifying potential delays and risks and communicating project status on a timely and regular basis.
--- Participate and lead complex project planning sessions; comfortable applying both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
--- Manage and monitor project issues, risks, budget, and escalations.
--- Work with the project teams to improve processes and remove roadblocks.
Qualifications:
--- 5+years of experience building and leading agile teams to deliver effective enterprise solutions preferably in financial services organization.
--- Experience with leading, managing and participating in cross-functional IT, Infrastructure, Cloud projects.
--- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains: cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, high availability, and disaster recovery.
--- Effective communication and leadership skills that produce effective and collaborative cross-functional teams.
--- Highly tuned process analysis and problem-solving skills.
--- Experience in small, mid, and large-scale project management, including the management of project teams.
--- Ability to deliver under stress in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
--- In-depth experience with Jira and Confluence; knowledge and workflow management.

Desired Skills:
--- PMP, CSM certifications strongly preferred
--- Leadership experience as a Project Manager or roles in similar capacity
--- Strong experience managing AWS or Azure projects
--- Passion for people, learning and innovation
--- Process driven and structured

Rate range - $80-$85
