$0.54-$0.58 cents per mile No touch stop pay: $30 per stop Driver
assist stop pay: $45 per stop Doubles loads: $25 per load Outsource
work: $200-$400 per day New hire training pay: $20 per hour. $30
per hour for overtime Holiday pay: $300 per day Drivers in this
position over the last six to twelve months have achieved
annualized earnings of $86,233 Daily home time Onsite management
