Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The goal for the
Authentication as a Service platform is to significantly enhance
customer experience by improving security measures and managing
fraud effectively. This centralized platform provides robust
authentication services across various application teams. We are
seeking a Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in
guiding both the functional and technical aspects throughout the
project or application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be
hands-on, leading the design, development, and implementation of
innovative solutions while collaborating closely with
cross-functional teams. This role demands a deep understanding of
authentication technologies, architectural best practices, and an
ability to mentor and influence team members across all levels. The
Solution Architect will also ensure that the platform aligns with
business requirements, meets security standards, and delivers a

events.Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Transmit Security policies for diverse
applications, adhering to industry-best coding standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and enhancing
solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Own the technical design and oversee the development of
multi-platform application systems.
- Collaborate with requirements analysts, testers, and customers
in an agile development environment.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to address and resolve
integration issues.
- Support stakeholders in integrating web SDKs, mobile SDKs, and
server API policies into their applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, focusing on code reuse,
refactoring, and adherence to design patterns.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for applications,
creating support tickets as needed.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, influencing
decision-making across all levels.
- Perform other duties or special projects as
assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a
minimum of seven years of experience in IT with a focus on modern
application development. Alternatively, nine years of IT experience
with relevant application development experience in lieu of a
degree.
- Five or more years of experience working with identity access
management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IAM security policies and multi-factor
authentication mechanisms.
- Proficient in authentication methods, including OpenID Connect,
OAuth2, and FIDO.
- Extensive experience in developing and consuming web services
using Spring Boot microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud
Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems
(RDBMS) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Expertise in using monitoring tools such as Splunk and New
Relic for application performance and security monitoring.For

- Deep understanding of the financial industry, particularly in
customer lending.
- Experience in designing and developing applications on the
Transmit Security platform.
- Proficient in agile application development methodologies.
- Ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed
organization involving various technologies, personnel, and
processes.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to
detail.
- Certifications or training in JEE and web-based
technologies.
- Proven experience in developing microservices following the
12-factor app methodology.Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this
position is 115,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for
an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual
compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based
upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are
adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and
Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of
the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service
with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the
associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before
they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or
greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they
can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance
expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the
approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in
position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work
