You'll work from home or the office on administrative duties, while spending 1-2 days per week onsite-supporting RNs and LPNs in our nearby adult family homes and home health settings.You'll:Coordinate care, open/discharge cases, and guide transitions.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update care plans.Support the Director of Nursing in ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance.Supervise, mentor, and coach nursing staff across care environments.Conduct occasional supervisory home visits and assist with nurse interviews when needed.What We're Looking ForRequired:Active Washington State or compact RN license2+ years of clinical experienceAt least 1 year of experience with trach/ventilator-dependent patients1 year of pediatric experience2 years in a charge nurse, supervisory, or management roleStrong communication and computer skillsPreferred:Experience in home health or private duty nursingFamiliarity with electronic documentation systemsUnderstanding of state (WAC) and federal healthcare regulationsExperience writing or implementing clinical policiesBSN degreeFull benefits package includes:401(k) with matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off & sick leaveTuition reimbursementFlexible schedulingAt Alliance Nursing, we believe in work that truly matters.
