and AI assistant? We are redefining the Alexa customer experience
by creating the next-generation of AI-based technology that will
radically change how people interact with devices. As part of that
work, we are also transforming our business model and rethinking
how we sell Echo devices to millions of customers each year
worldwide, which is work led by the Alexa/Echo Device Sales team.
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, experienced Product Manager to
lead sales and marketing for Echo devices. If you have passion for

responsibilities As a Product Manager, you will lead the Sales
strategy for a subset of Echo products sold in US, Mexico, Canada
and work with a cross-functional team including product
development, demand planning, in-stock, finance, retailers,
merchandising, and advertising to develop and execute a multi-year
plan to grow the Echo business. You will be a critical part of the
team and develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to
maximize unit sales as well as profit and revenue. You’ll identify
new market opportunities and creative ways to showcase AI value.
You will also establish and execute competitive pricing and
promotions on Amazon.com and at offline retailers (i.e., Best Buy,
Target). You will manage inventory to ensure clean product
transitions from one generation to the next. This is a highly
visible position that will interact at multiple levels of the
company, and has frequent opportunities to present to senior
leadership. A day in the life In this role, you will manage a
sizable portion of the Echo P&L, which requires strong business
acumen and high judgement. You will lead and deliver short and long
term results through thoughtful strategy and excellent execution.
You will report on business health to senior leaders in Devices &
Services through weekly and monthly mechanisms. The ideal candidate
excels at customer obsession, ownership, invent & simplify, and
dive deep, has experience operating under constant change and
persistent pressure to deliver results. You will navigate ambiguity
and can adjust a forecast or strategy when the tech evolves quick.
You will be comfortable turning complex data sets into clear,
executive-ready narratives that influence our roadmap and
investment. - 3 years of product management experience - Experience
managing technical products or online services - Experience in
product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional
teams in delivery of major new products or services - Experience in
balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity -
Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and
business cases and communicating results throughout the
organization - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with
leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience
using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements -
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to
detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience owning
the operation of a mission-critical team or product - Experience

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
