Associate or Mid-Level Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing
Engineers. -Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in
a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both
the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor. -
Knowledge of computer aided design tools and systems such as CATIA;
and parts, materials, and processes related to electrical,
electronic, electro-mechanical and electro-optical commodities is
also beneficial.Primary Responsibilities:
- Engaged in the implementation of technical solutions into the
build plan, ensuring production safety and stability, and product
reliability.
- Analyzes and improves design/build concepts to evaluate a
producible product definition (Design for Manufacturing and
Assembly (DFMA)).
- Collect and analyze production data to identify anomalies and
investigate root causes when product first-pass quality and/or
production efficiency is outside our standards of excellence.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems that arise during
production to ensure the integrity of the product and to minimize
impact on performance, cost, or schedule.
- Regularly engages with mechanics and electricians on airplane
manufacturing/assembly processes, identifying and implementing
opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of the
production of detail parts and overall aircraft build plan.
- Coordinates across teams to implement new engineering
principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
- Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop
manufacturing and assembly processes, tooling, assembly fixtures,
and procedures.
- Develops and implements process improvements using Lean
production methodologies.
- Able to learn in a fast-paced environment and have the ability
to collaborate with both the engineering workforce and the
manufacturing team members on the factory floor.Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science
- Experience working in an engineering discipline.
- Experience working in a production environment.
- 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA
- Experience in Electrical and Electronics EngineeringDrug Free

- Summary pay range for Associate level (Level 2): $80,750 -
$109,250
- Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level 3): $96,050 -
