In this role, you won't just manage projects—you'll shape strategy, deepen client relationships, mentor emerging talent, and expand environmental services across the Pacific Northwest. You'll have the freedom to leverage your existing network, the credibility to partner closely with regulatory agencies, and the runway to make a lasting impact on both the business and the communities it serves. The Role As a Senior Environmental Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing and growing environmental projects across Washington and Oregon. You'll oversee project delivery from scope through completion, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and help expand the firm's regional environmental footprint. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical excellence and relationship-driven work, and who is energized by building something new rather than stepping into a fully mature program.
